Just had another amazing massage with Atipa and felt I had to write a review. This was a "3D" Thai medical massage … More to relieve aches and pains after a mix of manual labour and stress tension. I've been seeing Atipa for a couple of years now so I write this from longer experience: A key point for me is to build trust so that you can properly relax in the space and get the maximum benefit from that 'sweet pain' pushing into the joints and muscles. This trust can only be built after time (no shortcuts), let's face it, stripping off then putting on small disposable paper pants is daunting - but now I'm chill with it! I have 'maintenance ' massages with oil where I get so relaxed I fall asleep, or if I have a specific problem it can be tailored - it's my choice. Communication with Atipa can be difficult, however, if you are prepared to be patient, take the time to communicate what you need, be relaxed and to build the trust, your body will thank you.
