Thai Warrior Massage

Thai Warrior Massage is based on an ancient traditional Thai therapy, Ruesi Datton (Thai Hermit Exercise), traditional Thai dance movements as well as original Muay Thai movements. It also refers to Thai mythology. Thai Warrior Massage does not rely purely on physical strength, it relies heavily on understanding and practicing with the right techniques and strategies.

Thai Warrior massage was officially prohibited because the government considered it to be primitive. Teaching and practicing was forbidden in public places, but carried on in private, in the middle of Rattanakosin period (King Rama VI, 1880 -1925) due to building a modern nation from Siam into Thailand into western ways. During the King Rama IX Bhumibol Adulyadej period (1950 to 2016), the King greatly supported all Thai holistic traditional medicine and old massage techniques. In 1999 The Thai Patent Protection Act and Thai Traditional Medicine Institute, with the new Ministry of Public Health was established. This period of time is known to be renaissance for ancient Thai (Siamese) Warrior Massage.

Professional Services

The modern and unique Thai Warrior Massage technique was created in 2015 by Pathompon Aiyarattanaruk (Jack Sharman) from Phang Nga Province in Thailand. It comprises about 30 intensive and partly spectacular positions. The combinations of rhythmic massage, acupressure, gentle twisting and deep stretching release tension promote the balance of a circulating life force energy in the body.

This therapy form allows you to feel an extraordinary sense of well-being afterwards and, what is unique about this massage, it benefits both the recipient and the therapist.

Your Advantages are:

  • Pressure point massages stimulate and improve your blood circulation.
  • In stretching, your muscles can relax.
  • Yoga positions influence the skeletomuscular system and affect posture positively.
  • Spins, flexions and extensions of the spine can be intensified by pulling and have an positive effect on your physical flexibility.
  • Positions in which the legs are raised promote and improve your blood circulation and your lymphatic flow.
  • The rotation of the joints contributes to the production of synovial fluid and thus to physical suppleness.
  • In deep relaxation, the parasympathetic nervous system is activated so that the internal organs are increasingly supplied with blood and the metabolism is positively stimulated.
