If consequential damage occurs to a customer despite professional massage treatment and the customer has refused to fill out the customer intake form, Hattha Thai Spa is exempt from any liability.

The same applies to damages that arise because the reason for exclusion was not known to the customer and was not recognizable to the therapist. Our massages and treatments are based on a caring prevention concept.

Since our certified and experienced therapists always act responsibly and sensitively, there are usually no consequential damages. In order to reduce the risk as much as possible, every new customer should definitely fill out our admission form and send it back to us!

If a customer does not want to fill out an intake form, we assume that the customer has no physical or psychological limitations.
